Providing creative services to community members and local businesses is the heart and soul of MYCA and how we empower teens through work-based learning. MYCA teens bring unique perspectives to the creative process as they work with creative mentors and artists to meet the needs of our clients. Hiring MYCA allows you to contribute to the creative and professional growth of Mesa teens while also aiding in the growth and development of our community.
MYCA is focused on developing and empowering teens holistically. This means that we care about their success on-campus just as much as we do their success at MYCA. So, if a teen's grade falls below a C at any point in time, they are required to attend nightly tutoring sessions from 6:00p-7:00p to give them dedicated time to work on academics and receive tutoring in any areas of need. Academic tutors also assist students on post-secondary preparation. Expectations of a tutor are:
